                                    5)         AVOID DETOURS or DELAYS:

Getting off the first tee before other teams or matches keeps us from finishing at midnight). 3:00pm means ON THE TEE BOX not pulling into the parking lot! Be Safe! The “short trip home” to get clothes or equipment means you failed to PLAN AHEAD!

a)         Wear your GOLF CLOTHES to SCHOOL to avoid unnecessary delays or changing in the parking lot like a hillbilly.

b)         Use the restroom before leaving LHS (Between classes).

c)         Obviously, don’t wear your golf shoes around school or drive wearing them, but that should be the only item you need to put on.

                        F)         TRANSPORTATION:

1)         NO BUS during the SEASON!

                                                                                                c) SPECTATORS CAN NOT LOOK FOR LOST BALLS

d) SPECTATORS CAN USE TEXT on PHONE but NO CALLS OUT ON COURSE. IF THEY NEED TO TALK ON THE PHONE, GO TO THE CLUBHOUSE.

e) SPECTATORS SHOULD DRESS APROPRIATELY, especially if the EVENT is at a COUNTRY CLUB. DENIM there is a no-no!

f) SPECTATORS will need to ARRANGE for a GOLF CART directly from the golf course if NEEDED. DURING THE SEASON, most courses will CHARGE for this.

III.        CONCLUSION

A)         FINAL THOUGHTS:

            1) We will PLAY THE MOST SUCCESSFUL PLAYERS AVAILABLE during the SEASON.

2) We will DO OUR BEST to INCLUDE at least ONE EVENT or OPPORTUNITY for EVERYONE.

3) HARD WORK, ACCURATE/SUCCESSFUL SCORES are REWARDED w/ MORE OPPORTUNITIES.

4) GRADE LEVEL OR NUMBER OF YEARS on the team are NOT a CONSIDERATION for opportunities.

5) Letting The TEAM DOWN:

a) Sending us an EMERGENCY text 10 minutes before a practice, match, or tournament is a REAL bummer and is one of the only things that REALLY makes us ANGRY. (Unless it’s unavoidable…but it rarely is!)

b) With so many players, there are only so many opportunities during the season… playing short-handed when other teammates could be available is usually UNFORGIVABLE!

6) PLAN AHEAD, BE THOUGHTFUL, BE A GOOD TEAMMATE!

7) $75 (1 Uniform) or $125 (2 Uniforms) Check or Cash Due by end of NEXT WEEK made out to LINDBERGH SCHOOLS

7) LET’S HAVE SOME FUN!
