TRYOUTS update (Sat. 2/28)

Tryouts next week look to be quite a challenge. Not only are there over 45 students trying out, the weather is NOT cooperating...at least the forecast does not look great. Golf is a cut sport so we definitely have our work cut out for us.

Our CURRENT plan is to take it day by day with playing the course/range at QUAIL CREEK GC on MONDAY. However, I will make a FINAL decision on our LOCATION for each day of TRYOUTS by NOON and email/post to our blog daily. 

IMPORTANT: I will post to our blog: lindberghflyersgolf.blogspot.com and send out an email to students (AT THEIR SCHOOL EMAIL) and parents daily by NOON. Our PLAN B is to hit off the mats at Sperreng Middle School in the SMALL GYM. Currently, for the rest of the week of tryouts, we have some groups scheduled for the course and some at Sperreng due to our large numbers. This may change as we try to get golfers out to navigate the course for the best case scenario.

FINALLY: Last year's golfers: Wear or bring your uniform so we can get sizing down for new teammates after tryouts and speed the ordering process.
